Builder's Wire- What is it exactly?

For those who vertically grow their vegetables I just wanted to help you out! As I'm researching and reading I keep seeing this term "builder's wire" being referred to for many uses; however, I couldn't figure out what the product actually was. I believe they are referring to 42" x 84" Mesh Sheet (Lowes: Item #: 353630  |  Model #: 737624) that they use to reinforce freshly poured concrete. Hope this helps you, because it took me forever to figure out what in the world! :D
